Mum Lucy Chillery-Watson said she had to google physiotherapy to help her daughter suffering from muscular dystrophy after her NHS-funded physio sessions were stopped. Virgin Care took over the NHS contract last year, and claimed they did not have the staff or the funds to give the young girl the same number of sessions previously provided. They said they could provide sessions every 4-6 months, which Lucy (mother) said was not going to be enough to aid her daughter’s condition.
