NHS patient satisfaction scores as low as those in 2012

It has been revealed that patients at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust gave a rating of 73.4 out of 100 when they were asked about their overall experience as an inpatient. Compared to scores of 78.3 in 2017/18, we can see a clear decrease in satisfaction, and is the lowest since 2011/12.  Junior doctor, Sonia Adesara said: “increasingly services such as catering and cleaning are being outsourced to the private sector and we see time and time again, when services are provided on the cheap, care is compromised.”
